We’re proud to share that Vipin Varghese, Mortgage Adviser at EasyStreet Mortgages, has been recognised as a KAN Silver Performer for Mortgage Advice for the 2025/2026 financial year.
This recognition reflects the mortgage lending volume settled with the support of Vipin and his clients during the financial year, together with meeting the professional and compliance standards required by the Kiwi Adviser Network.
The Kiwi Adviser Network (KAN) introduced its Top Performer Tiers to recognise advisers across different areas of financial advice.
For Mortgage Advice, the 2025/2026 performance framework is based on settled mortgage volume between 1 April 2025 and 31 March 2026.
Vipin achieved the KAN Silver Performer tier for Mortgage Advice.
A settled lending figure is one part of the story. Behind every mortgage is a person, a family and a financial goal.
It could be a first-home buyer taking their first step onto the property ladder, a family looking to upgrade their home, an investor purchasing another property, or a homeowner considering refinancing their existing mortgage.
As a mortgage adviser in Christchurch, Vipin works closely with clients to understand their individual circumstances before exploring potential lending options.
A mortgage application can involve many different factors, including:
The goal isn't simply to arrange a loan. It is about helping clients understand their options and find a mortgage strategy that aligns with their circumstances and financial goals.
KAN's Top Performer recognition is not based solely on mortgage lending volume.
To receive a KAN Performer badge, advisers must also maintain the professional and compliance standards required by the network.
For clients, professional standards are an important part of the mortgage advice process. A home loan is a significant financial commitment, so having an adviser who takes the time to understand your circumstances and provides advice within the required professional framework matters.
Buying your first home can feel overwhelming. Understanding your deposit, borrowing capacity, lender requirements and potential home loan options can help you approach the process with greater clarity.
Your mortgage needs can change over time. Refinancing, restructuring or reviewing your existing home loan may be worth considering when your circumstances or financial goals change.
Property investment can involve different lending requirements and strategies. Understanding your equity, borrowing capacity and potential lending structures can help you plan your next investment.
Self-employed borrowers can have different income documentation and lending requirements. Understanding how lenders assess your financial position can be an important part of the application process.
Every client is different. A first-home buyer may have different priorities from an experienced property investor. A self-employed applicant may have a different lending profile from someone earning a regular salary.
Working with a wide range of mortgage applications provides experience across different lending situations and helps create conversations around what may be achievable for each client.
This recognition would not be possible without the clients who have trusted Vipin and his Mortgage Advisers team.
Thank you to everyone who has worked with us, referred friends and family, shared a review or recommended our services.
